With a strong emphasis on undergraduate teaching, UFV provides a supportive atmosphere for interactive learning and success. UFV offers three master’s degrees; a wide variety of bachelor’s degrees; majors, minors, and extended minors in many subject areas; and more than a dozen trades and technology programs; as well as access and upgrading pathways, and lifelong learning opportunities. Student clubs, campus recreation, Indigenization initiatives, and cultural events enhance student life and the university has strong varsity athletic programs including basketball, volleyball, and soccer teams competing in U SPORTS, Canada’s national university league.
